Morocco ratified the Convention and its Optional Protocol in 2009. It is obliged to submit regularly a report on the measures taken to respect the rights set forth in the Convention in the territory under its jurisdiction. Until today, only the initial report was submitted by the Government of Morocco and duly considered by the Committee on the Rights of the Persons with Disabilities.
